Join NYC Parks Urban Park Rangers for a chance to go inside the watchtower! Climb to the top for panoramic views of Manhattan, ring the bell and learn about the history of this recently restored structure.
Upcoming tour dates: Saturday May 15, Sunday May 30, Saturday June 19, Sunday June 27, Saturday July 17, Sunday July 25, Saturday August 14, Sunday August 29 All tours take place from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.
Reservations are not required.
Tours take place on the 2nd Saturday and 3rd Sunday of each month from Noon – 3:00 pm. The watchtower is closed for access at all other times. The upper level of Marcus Garvey Park aka the Acropolis is open daily until dusk.
