The mission of the Marcus Garvey Park Alliance is to serve the community in its efforts to support and improve the resources offered through the Park. It strives to preserve and celebrate the cultural identity of the surrounding neighborhoods producing cultural programming in the Richard Rodgers Amphitheater and public art installations in Parks and open spaces throughout East and Central Harlem. Park stewardship, beautification, volunteer events, children’s literacy.
